Precision Copper Fabrication Services for the Electrical Industry
We have capacity at Rolla to punch and form over 20 tonnes of copper busbar per month. To fully utilise our CNC machinery we offer a copper fabrication service to the electrical industry. A same day quotation service to customers drawings and specification can be provided for either free issue or full material supply. If you are outsourcing your copper work please contact sales@rolla.co.uk.
Plain or tinned copper is available (supplied by us or free issue) and we can insulate busbars with various grades and colours of Heatshrink as required (usually black).
Capacity is from 4mm to 20mm thick, 20 to 200mm wide, with a range of tooling available.
